How do I reconnect the chain on my ceiling fan?
The chain that controls the fan speed completely snapped off from inside the motor assembly. There's nothing left to reconnect the chain to anything. There's no brand name on the fan, no paperwork, no box. All i know is that the fan is a 5 blade, short blade fan.

Just take off the fan motor housing and you should be able to find something to reconnect it to.
