How do I level a floor in order to install tile?
We removed carpet that had years ago been installed over linoleum. How best to level the floor so tile or synthetic wood blank flooring can be installed.

You can buy self leveling compound at just about any big box store. My sister used it on a garage turned into a room because the cement was pitched toward the door.
My husband and I used the self leveling compound on s floor in our foyer. Works great.
Yep. Slrf leveling compound is what to use. Home Depot, Lowes. or Menard's.
