Want the best way to remove outdated backsplash that was glued on, any ideas? Thanks in advance.
I would seal it to preserve it.
Paint doesn't usually need sealing unless it is,chalk paint. What's the collage? Pictures? What's painted? Do you have a picture?
I would overlay glass to protect it
Is it in an area that will get wet or dirty? I would seal it. I have a cabinet in my living room with a backsplash, and i wouldn't seal that area. I would for a bathroom or kitchen.
I would use a polycrylic to seal it. We used that on our entry way tile. See the tutorial here: https://www.aratariathome.com/blog/painted-tile-tutorial-entry-way-makeover-part-2
I would. Any backsplash is subject to spraying which will ruin your handiwork.
Yes! All that hard work deserves the protection!
