Babs on Aug 09, 2014You might be able to remove it by rubbing the inside with the solution normally used to rid glasses of spots in the dishwasher, one of them is Jet Dry. I have been able to get rid of the residue inside cloudy glasses with it.Helpful Reply

Vikki L Anderson on Aug 09, 2014Get a small package of Polident or borrow 1 tablet from someone. If it's a small vase brake up & put a small piece in & add water passed line in vase. Let it sit a day or so. Rinse thoroughly or give it a second dose with the water higher. No scatching.Helpful Reply
