Hi Gloria, there isn't a lot that can be done with cracks in cement. You can fill them in with new cement but it will eventually break out.

Check out Sika to patch cracks. As long as you have the source of the cracks corrected, you should be okay. If they are large, you can score the existing concrete and pour new in as well.
Wide cracks will probably need a piece of rubbber tubing placed in it to take up some of the space before adding concrete patch. I would advise using a concrete bonding agent first which is painted on. It helps the patch to adhere to the old concrete better so that it does not let go.
Be sure to resolve the reason they’re cracking first if you can, otherwise any repairs you make won’t last.
