here's one similar you will need some kind of deeper dish to hold water for pump https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWdSXGfhvLo here's another you could use this basic set up with your plates https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OyUJuGdLpg one is pump on top, one is pump on bottom between these 2 you should be able to rig up something. use some nice clear glasses to hold plates or even just glue the plates directly to each other in a slightly layered stairstep fashion going around in circle dipping down in center so water will flow down and inward on plates with a copper pipe with water coming up thru center of plates onto top plate then water would circulate back around thru pump in bottom bowl & up pipe again I can envision it hope it makes sense to you.here's one more showing pump set up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQsIuBdXHK4 top piece is ugly but you can add a small clay pot upside down over top to keep water from shooting too high up.let me know if you need better info.
I think you could use a solar fountain to make it work. Here's my post on a fountain I made with one - https://chascrazycreations.com/fondue-pot-to-table-top-solar-fountain-fire-pit-11/
