How can we get rid of lawn sand spurs?
We have sand spur’s in our lawn. We tried fertilizer, weed kill, and they keep coming back. Have been told you have to get rid of the seeds to kill them. That would require digging up the whole yard. They are little plants size of a small fingernail with spurs. If u step on them with bare feet like stepping on needles. The animals can not play in yard. They stick to your shoes and find them in carpet and floor on the house. Anyone have any ideas?
