How do I sound proof apartment walls?
Is there a way to sound proof your walls in your apartment?! I don’t even know if that’s possible to do or not but if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them! Trying to sound proof these super thin walls and still stay within the guidelines of my lease.

You can hang quilts on the wall. When you move all you have to do is patch a couple of holes.
Along the same lines as quilts but with a more modern twist. You can either cover large canvases with fabric or just create stretcher type frames to put fabric on. For an even more soundproof design look into acoustical panels. This is a lightweight solution that can even be hung using the heavy duty 3M hooks so no wall damage at all. This is also a rental friendly way to change your wall color and add interesting “art” to your space
Padded fabric wall coverings might help.
Hanging pictures on the wall and putting down rugs will be helpful!!! If that fails then ear plugs!
Add more soft furnishings to absorb the sounds.
