Buy a product called Joe Max and follow directions.
Power washer with oxyclean dissolved in the water.
Oxyclean will do a great job.
I used Windex and a wet rag. Comes off in a breeze. If you have a two story wrap a rag around a broom with rubberbands for harder to reach areas. I did my siding and year two in didn't even come back.
Thank you. Is this a liquid to go in pressure washer?
is it mold or algae?
Concrobium mold cleaner works really good for removing mold and preventing it from coming back. It's sold at Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and Menards.
Wet & forget outdoor is a great no scrub product that will over time remove it and keep it off. However I would recommend pressure washing with a solution that contains an algaecide and then applying the wet & forget. That is what I did and it has worked wonders. I reapplying once or twice a year. The north side of the house has to get an application twice, the rest just once.
