Do you mean a double wide trailer? If the walls are paneling or sheet rock just sand (paneling) prime and paint with a satin or flat latex (unless it is the bathroom).

Any paint - the key is sanding, washing and priming first so that the paint will stick.

Regular wall paint. Make sure you clean them and prime with Kilz primer.

House trailer? Inside or outside walls?

Outside walls will need to be very clean and primed with a binding primer, as the factory finish is factory sprayed enamel.

Then I would recaulk all the windows doors and roof panels, with a paintable exterior window/door caulk.

When dry, two full coats of latex enamel paint. Cut in with brushes and then roll the rest.
