Easy, no. Doable, yes. I clean mine all the time. I have an industrial swiffer type mop and dust the walls first then i go back and wash them with a vinegar water solution.

Mix fabric softner With hot water and wipe away..not only will it remove grease grime and dust but will leave a soft invisible layer of protection so dust won't attach itself and leave your home smelling remarkable.
Swiffer and microfiber towels are great for dusting if you don't have a good duster. Once all dust is removed, then dampen the microfiber or even add a cleaner that is safe for the wall surface and wipe down. I use my duster (which grabs) once a month so my walls usually don't have any build up that has to be tackled.
