How do I clean oxidized windows??
They are my living room windows and are so bad you can't see out of them very good.
All you can do is clean them when they get dirty. Nothing can be done to make them repel dirt.
I just use the Windex window cleaner in the hose attachment bottle and give them a rinse.
Hi Lynn,
Don"t know of any product to repel dirt, just to attract it.
Thanks all. I use the windex cleaner too. We have construction going on near our home and the dirt is impossible. And it seems that the flight patterns going into JFK have shifted over Garden City and the residue is greasy. My anderson windows have a coating a rain gets repelled and they remain fairly clean, It may be time to move to a more rural area.
maybe try this.........it might work/help---- Repel Dust and Dirt on Ceiling Fans, Air Vents
Ceiling fans and air vents are a place where dust and dirt commonly build up. You can repel dust and dirt by applying a coat of car wax to your fans and vents
after you clean them off. or spray them with dry lube WD40( lubrication and protection, leaving a dry clear film that won't attract dirt, dust and oil.)
