Grass stains can be tough to get out. I usually use a small amount of laundry soap and a scrub brush. Zote bar soap also works well. https://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Grass-Stains-from-Clothing
I use L.A.'s Totally Awesome. It's an all purpose concentrated cleaner and degreaser spot remover. This stuff is awesome! I use it on everything that's tough to clean. It usually takes stains out by just spraying on the spot. Sometimes, I use a toothbrush. You can buy it at Dollar General for $1/bottle.

Hello, this may help you
Follow These Steps. Apply a store bought pre-wash stain removal treatment to the stain and let sit for about 15 minutes. For a more natural approach, use a solution made of one part white vinegar to two parts water. Use a toothbrush (or a rag or nailbrush) to work liquid into the area.
