You can buy egg dying kits at the dollar store, any grocery store or Walmart. They come in packs with little dye pills. Some of the kits come with small cups. Each cup gets a dye pill that when water is added becomes a dye bath for the egg. You can add vinegar which will set the stain brighter and more vibrant. You can also use food coloring if you have that on hand. Add as many drops of food coloring to the water in each cup to get your desired coloring dye. Add 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar to each cup to give a more vibrant color.
Hi Darlene, we always used the food coloring and vinegar method that K mentioned.
