Lisa, the only way to completely remove the scratches is to sand and refinish, but if you want to disguise them, you can get touch up crayons at any hardware store. They come in several colors and you can just choose one that will blend in to your flooring color.
If they are not too deep, I have bought a “stain pen” and colored in the scratch. Unless you look really close, you can’t see the scratch
You could purchase a “filler” at a big box home improvement store if it’s big.
I have used various brown sharpies - like stain pens - Grandaddy used raw pecan halves but it might not last thru mopping - it is cheap & easy of scratches on furniture or wodwork/doors
