I've never used apple cider vinegar but have used the following for years:
1 cup baking soda
1 cup white cleaning vinegar
1 Tbs blue Dawn
2 gallons hot water
Apple cider is good, but can be sticky. White vinegar or "cleaning" vinegar may be a better choice. I get 2 gallons of white vinegar at Sam's Club or Costco or restaurant supply for less than $2 a gallon.
I use regular distilled vinegar and water to clean our tile and so far it has done well.
Apple cider can be sticky. Check with a professional about white vinegar because it can eat up certain kinds of grout. I know there are special cleaners for tile and stone floors.
