Buy a scraper the kind that looks like a broom at Lowes scrape off as much as you can. Then use either acetone, the kind from Lowes not nail polish remover or mineral spirits. Make sure the room is ventilated.
Floor scraper and some muscle is probably your best bet.

A heat gun and scraper will help with the stubborn residue the scraping does not get.
