Hi Rose,
Here's an article that should help you. There are several ways listed here. You could also purchase and enzyme product at a pet store that will interact with what is causing the odor. My first thought would be to try anything with baking soda first since it is a powerful odor remover. Wishing you the best.

Dilute some white vinegar by half with a drop or two of Dawn and clean the floor with that. Then wet a washcloth with white vinegar and dab all of the stain you can see plus an extra few inches on the outside edges with the vinegar. Let it sit a few minutes, then dry with a clean cloth, buffing (rubbing) as you go. The odor should be gone. If the stain and sealer are gone, too, you may want to rearrange some furniture or lay a throw rug. Best wishes!
Sand them down and re varnish
Try spreading absorbent kitty litter on it. Let sit and sweep/vacuum.
Hi Rose, so sorry to hear that. It's a common problem. Mix ¼ cup of baking soda with 1 cup water, 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar, and about 1/4 cup of mild dish soap. Put the solution in a spray bottle a mix thoroughly before spraying it on the stain. Rub it in lightly with a clean cloth and let it stand for about 20 minutes. Rinse the solution away with a damp cloth and let it dry thoroughly. Be sure to test the mixture first on a spot to make sure it won’t discolor or damage your floor.
