Weave them through chain link fence.
Make a plant cover. I used in making a bunny but could make a crate type container. The paint went on well. I did have to cut them.
Break them up and with magic marker to label use them for seed markers in seed bed in garden. Works great👍
You can use slats for picture frames, around mirrors etc. I measured my mirrors, cut the slats to size, mitered the corners and spray painted both sides the color I wanted. Attached them to the mirror with double sided tape.
You could glue to the inside of a frame and paint it a color then fade the color till it gets to the end
