try a thin layer of tar, then lay a piece of aluminum foil over it and then another thin layer of tar to seal it. I think they have a stuff you can buy that works too.

Use a clear silicone caulk meant for outdoors in a gun. You don’t want to SEE it.
Gutters or downspouts? If it is the gutter where it is seamed, clean out the area thoroughly then use Gutter Seal in a spray can.
Yes gutter caulk comes in matching colors. It will need to be clean & dry, sorry.
I had the same problem on our mobile home. We used a white silicone caulk made for outdoors. We caulked both inside and outside of each joint. Problem solved.
