Hello Pat, There is an acid cleaner available for the purpose available from DIY stores, and a Product called Spray and Leave or Wet and Leave that could do the trick for you over time..............Best wishes.
First try the least expensive solution. Buy a gallon of store brand 5% white vinegar. Pour into a spray bottle. Spray on the areas. See if this makes a difference. It typically will remove hard water build up as well as moss and mildew.
Have you tried CLR?
I will try. CLR, but I suspect sealing again is answer —I cleaned it but still awful!
