What type and color paint do I use?
I have two plastic flower pots that I want to turn into like on a pedestal by inverting the smaller one. Problem They both have an embossed pattern on them ( though not alike, compatible ) smaller pot is a bronze color with the raised pattern being a really nice bronze. I would like to paint the larger pot a bronze color to match the smaller pot but I have no idea as to which type of paint to use or the color. I’m new at this and really need your help please thank you

That's a nice pot! I actually like the 'rope' pattern. I'd suggest cleaning them, then prime them with exterior Rustoleum primer prior to spraying your final color. Best of luck.
Rustoleum spray paint is my preferred paint - especially for outdoor projects. I've used it on several outdoor planter projects and it never lets me down! Here's a couple of my favorites:

Make sure you use Rustoleum spray paint made for plastic. Can be either copper or bronze.
Thank you, thank you Kelli, I figured from all the posts I read that RustOleum would be the one.
I agree , Rustoleum spray paint for outdoor plastics . As for the color it depends on where you are putting it and the colors that are around it . First pick the flowers that you want to put in it , so you know what colors you will be working with and pick a color that will go with them or make them stand out .
