How do you remove black mold spots around edge of bathtub?
Bathfitters replaced a tub in one of our rentals a few years ago. There are some black mold spots on the caulking where the top of tub and back wall meet.
Good old white vinegar will do the trick.
Soak towels, cotton balls, or paper towels in white cleaning vinegar. Lay the soaked medium on the caulking. Let sit at least an hour. You might have to repeat.
A paste made from borax powder and applied with an old tooth brush. Wear googles as the borax is an irritant and is extremely toxic. Rinse completely.
