How can I make my outlets work?
after using an electric mower plugged into outlet on side of house, power was lost in both outside outlets and the two bathroom outlets. One bathroom outlet has a reset button. It did not restore power and and flipping the circuit board switch did nothing. total 4 outlets dead 2 inside and 2 out. what is wrong and can I fix it?

If you are not trained in electricity, you need to hire a professional. My husband was trained in the military and has done things like this for a neighbor by bartering. Maybe you could do some work for a neighbor if you have one who works with electricity as a profession. Otherwise, call a certified electrician.
It can be fixed. It's a matter of finding out if there is a broken/melted wire somewhere. If flipping the breaker switches did not do it then there's something that got "fried". Interesting that outside and inside switches are on the same circuit/breaker--I don't think they should be. If you are not knowledgeable about electrical wiring this is a job for a professional. You probably have too many things on this circuit/breaker and the wiring hasn't been done correctly.
You've done everything that is reasonable. I would have suggested checking your circuit breaker box, which you did already. I would get an electrician now. You don't want to be a DIY electrician in most cases--it's just too dangerous.
See if any other outlet has a GFCI outlet and hit the reset buttons on them. The outlet in our front yard trips the one in our basement at the back of the house.
The other thing to check is for light switches that control the outlet. Another one in our house is controlled by a mystery light switch. You know, the switch that you have no idea what it does... Good luck!
sounds like you just blew a fuse -- check your panel.
