Yes, you can find many spray paints made just for plastic even at Walmart. I have been amazed at how paints have been improved the past 10 years even! Other paint stores would probably have them too, but my first go for spray paint projects is Walmart. They run about $6 a can for special needs like plastic.

I agree with everyone who mentioned Rustoleum, I've used it on several types of plastics products and it hold up well. The great thing is, it's easy to touch up as well if you ever need to.
