Yes, the kits are sold at Home Depot . Step by step instructions are in the kit. Just realize it's a temporary fix, usually last about 3 years, so start saving up for remodel.
I've used Rustoleum tub&tile on fiberglass tubs. Clean it very well first. This product is a little finicky. I've found that you need to use extremely light coats and let it dry much longer than recommended in between coats
