Check into a product called Sika. I saw a Demo and it looked great. Home Depot carries it.

There is a caulk for cement cracks, house no.2 the cement drive developed voids under the concrete, and the concrete split in many different ways, including up the foundation.
Get. Your self hidrolic cement it will fill in to all the crevices and hold very well
