How do I water-proof stucco walls in a shower?

we are building a shower and want to stucco finish the inside. We have framed it out and covered studs with cement board creating the walls. can you give me details on the finishing of the walls to make it water proof and any recommendations on application and any products thank youmichelle. Not really sure that is a good idea. Will be extremely difficult to keep clean. Not even sure it's podsible.

Stucco would be a nightmare to keep clean. Really an idea that needs to be reconsidered.
