How to get rid of those nails?
This is the underside of a meat chopping board. As you can see it has 6 nails that would like to get rid of, flush preferable. My small reciporating saw and a small handsaw are not capable to cut them because of the body of the saw prevents to get at it at a flush angle. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

How were the nails put in? Does the head of the nail show on the back side? If not, probably no head on it. Have you tried pulling the nail out with pliers? I am sure you have but had to ask. Not sure what you can use to saw the nails off. Is there a way to pound the nail out backwards without damaging the wood?
Tap them to push thru the back, then pull out.
I cut mine flush with my Dremel
you could use a triangular style file to cut a portion of the nail on the side and then a pair of pliers to bend the nails back and forth to break it off. Then file to wood level. There is also a tool with the sharp edge to the outside that can be used to indent the nail flush with the wood then use the same back and forth bending of nail and filing.
Thank you all...i did a simple job of just trying to jiggle the nail with a Plier and they cam out easily...ha,ga ...i just didn't think of it coming off that easily.
