How do I keep cats out of my flower bed??
We have homeless cats at my spt complex. They are using my flower as a giant litter box. What can I do to repel them without hurting them? HELP please!!

In a spray bottle mix Tabasco, chili oil, hot pepper with water. Shake well and spray. They hate it. I used to make it for my neighbor to keep my cats out of her yard.
