How do you cover and fix a deeply cracked cement patio?
What is the most economical way to fix a deeply cracked uneven cement patio? The cracks are the results of a large tree"s roots. (Filling in the cement cracks will just crack again from the roots.) I was thinking deck tiles would be something I could do myself. Is there a way to get the deck tiles level over the uneven cement that would stay somewhat permenant?

Nope. Sorry to burst your bubble. As the tree grows, the roots will move with it. Best bet is to A. Tear it all out, then build a deck. B.. Leave as is and build a deck over it. Building a deck is not cheap. Do your homework before proceeding.
Tinna, I would think your best bet would be to build a deck over it. You can buy pier blocks that are specifically designed to support and level a deck. This doesn't need to be tall. It can be just a few inches above the ground. Here's what they look like. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Deck-Block-Common-7-5-in-x-11-5-in-x-11-5-in-Actual-8-in-x-12-in-x-12-in/3613302
Hello Tinna! Maybe you could build a free sanding or floating deck over your existing cracked cement patio. This would be a more permanent fix that would last along time. https://www.thespruce.com/free-deck-plans-1357115
Second the deck suggestions. We have a small platform deck that would look really nice.
