Hi Susie, you can purchase something called self leveling compound that you mix to a pretty runny consistency. Its runny enough that, when you pour it, it levels itself. Then it dries as hard as concrete, leaving you with a nice surface.
There are concrete leveling compounds that you pour onto the floor. Follow instructions.
