How can you hydro seed a steep bank with something other than grass?
Want to know if any kind of fast growing ground cover is available in hydro seed form...something to take root and spread quickly without having to mow when they begin to spread?

What zone are you in Amber? What exposure does the area get? White clover will grow almost anywhere. Creeping thyme, some varieties of sedum. Pachysandra spreads well too.
