I'd call the manufacturer. Was Armstrong cleaner what was made for it? Did you apply a wax by any chance?
Yes, Kelli is right, contact the manufacturer. You will need the product information from the vinyl package so they can get to the bottom of your problem. If you don't have that, it may be on your receipt or you can revisit where you selected the product. See what kind of warranty the product offers.
Did you have it installed or was it a DIY? First stop is always your dealer, a lot of the time they can give you the right answer right away or they will contact the manufacturer for you. From your pictures, it appears that at this point the manufacturer may be your last, best hope.
I have the same luxury vinyl in my kitchen i always use armstrong cleaner wth a plain water wet mop. Never had any streaks or white marks
If you don't get any help from the manufacturer or dealer. Try using one cup of lemon scented ammonia to one gallon hot water. Good Luck.
Hi Vicky, pour a small amount of olive oil in a bowl, and add about 2 tablespoons of table salt Wrap a small clean cloth around your finger and dip it in in the oil/salt solution and very lightly rub it in a circular motion over the white spots. Let it sit for a few minutes and then take a clean cloth and gently wipe it off. The white spots should disappear. You can test it in a small area first to make sure.
