How can I keep my dog from escaping?
My husband and I rescued two dogs, we love them as you have no idea. We play and snuggle with them bothI and even though we have a big yard, the two dogs are usually tied when we are not home. They run away to the street every time they are loose. We walk them with a leach four or five times a day. I will love to create something that they could walk around but still being tied but loose at the same time. Any suggestions?

They have dog enclosures.
it is made of chain link fence.
4’x8’, w/ a top on it, can have a shade too.
How about invisible fence?
Some people have had success by installing a long clothesline or similar between two large trees, and hooking a long leash from the clothesline to the dog. Keep in mind that if the dogs are not sufficiently smart, they can continuously run around the tree and trap themselves.
The dog enclosure sounds like the best idea. It can be as long as you can afford, with a top to keep the dogs from escaping. You may want to insure that they do not disturb your neighbors, if you choose the dog run idea.
Not a good practice to tie dogs up for any length of time. You should be using a proper fitting harness, not chain to a collar. Is your yard fenced?
I have 6+ dogs in my yard, with pet door so they can parade in and out at will. Might be something to consider.
