    Hi Charmel,

This is what I did. I hope it help although it looks like it would be tougher to fill in the carpet pieces than mine was. Wishing you the best.

I had that carpet once. Nylon. Cigarette burn melted the carpet. As someone suggested you can try scrubbing out the brown with a toothbrush.. You might get some of it off but it will still look melted. You could try cutting some of the melted burn away with a small cuticle scissors but you need to be careful because if I remember correctly that is the kind of carpet that if you pull on a loose piece it will unravel into a big hole and you will have an even uglier spot. If there happens to be any carpet in a closet that is hidden from view you could try cutting out some "loops" and superglue them into place holding them with a tweezer. Just a thought.

Snip out with a scizzer the burnt parts so you can’t see them if you have a piece of the rug glue in some pieces

You could try covering it up with a bit of fabric/acrylic paint to match the existing area.

This is the thing I would have done You scrape just a little of the darker spot and then paint it with a matching color it does not have to be fabric paint any craft paint will do such a small area the right color will blend and you won't even see it anymore
