Hi Meleka. Begin with a clean surface. Sprinkle baking soda on the burn marks. Hold the pan over the sink and pour vinegar on top of the baking soda. The mixture will start to foam. Scrub the pan with a scour pad while the mixture foams. Rinse the mixture off. If the stains are still there, repeat process. Good luck.
