Pour some baking soda down the drain, then pour vinegar down. Immedialetly cover the drain with a clth and hold down. The foaming pressure should push the clog through. Double sink cover both drains.
If the plug isn't too far down, you could try taking 2 long zip ties, on 1, cut little notches into both sides, take the second and make a loop through the top of the zip tie with notches in it. Stick it down the drain and twist it and pull it up, it should help remove anything that isn't too far down
I use the vinegar baking soda and also a stock pot of boiling water after squeezing a generous amount of Dawn dish liquid in the drain
