You can either use vinegar or bleach just spray it and it will disappear if you use bleach make sure you have ventilation in the room like an open window
We use a 50/50 mix of warm vinegar and dish soap in a bottle. Spray it on and let it sit for around an hour, then lightly scrub the mold away. Good luck!
Vinegar has always been my go to. Vinegar kills mold spores. Bleach does not.

There are several ways to get rid of mold, but most importantly, you need to address the root cause to keep it from returning. This article focuses on the bathroom, but is an overall great article that covers methods of how to remove mold, if bleach is safe to use, and how to prevent it from coming back. Hope this helps! To clean mold from a ceiling tile, I recommend using a professional grade mold and mildew remover. If you want to prevent mold from coming back, you could also replace old ceiling tiles with waterproof ones and reduce the humidity inside your bathroom with a dehumidifier.
