The best plunger I have found is the black plunger from Home Depot. It works great!
the beehive plunger works great for both old and new style toilets. you can find it at home depot, ace or online at amazon affiliate link https://amzn.to/2Fxih3v
Hi Margie,
A plunger works. However there a couple of other methods. Dump about 1/2 cup of baking soda in the water, then about a cup of vinegar. Let that sit a while and it may go down by itself. Another thing that I've seen work is Dawn. Just pour it down the toilet, give it some time and it works all by itself! That one was something I saw recently. I've never tried it but if you have Dawn in the house, it's worth trying.
