Yes, Tupperware continues to honor their long time warranty of ' lifetime replacement if defective'.
One part of the return procedure that has changed however, is that you can no longer exchange defective pieces with a individual Tupperware Representative.
To receive a replacement you must now contact Tupperware directly.
You can now submit a warranty request on line.
This link explains what specific aspects are covered and not covered by their Warranty Policy.

Anybody else remember these?
they actually swap the nre for the old
Yes, Donald that is true. We were married 35 yrs and one of my wedding gifts had been a tupperware mixing bowl with pour spout that cracked. I found a Tupperware dealer in my own town on facebook and they exchanged it for me, she even brought it to my house and I gave her the old bowl. That might be another way for you to get it replaced.
