The yellow circle stains are caused by minerals in your water. I pour 2 cups or so of white vinegar and leave it all day or all night then scrub with a bowl scrubber. If there is still a little stain, I use a Mr. Clean Magic toilet scrubber to get the rest off. They are expensive so I only use them if I have to. Hope this helps!
I like to use Lysol lime and rust cleaner on hard water stains in my toilet.
