Check with your local hardware store. There are glues for almost everything.
Try using E6000 glue on a toothpick. Let dry 24 hours.

I think Jewelry glue will work, that you get with those gems you can put on clothing and other materials. The one I used to have had an applicator, I don't know if they still do, but you can get it at Walmart in the craft section.
