Just a thought. Do you know those clothes racks on wheels, I've seen them at Walmart. Maybe attach curtains or boards?!?!
You could build a planter box on wheels with a trellis for the plants you would plant in the box. Put the trellis slats close together in a horizontal direction with slats on the back side to cover the spaces on the front side. This will also work a wind barrier . The weight of the planter will give it stability and you can use locking wheels to hold it in place.
