How do I get water stain out of the toilet?
I have a thin green stripe in the bottom of the toilet. I have tried bleach, The Works (which has even gotten hard water stains out of our lake home toilet), I have use comet & a green scratcher as well. Nothing seems to work!

Hi, Lois!
It might be worth it to try a pumice stone (the kind used on feet!). They are great at removing rings and stains in toilets! I hope this helps...
This works on tiles, showers, tubs and grout
Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.
We have the same problem with our well water and the lake. We use this and it works https://www.walmart.com/ip/Whink-Rust-Stain-Remover-32-Ounces/38472581?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=22222222227026490824&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=52588570271&wl4=pla-84468991031&wl5=9058203&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=online&wl12=38472581&veh=sem&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIp-mPotGO4wIVSLjACh32CAHrEAYYASABEgJZ9fD_BwE
Try magic eraser
Pour in some coke and let it sit for a few hours, or overnight. It works great!
I had a client whose bathrooms would be stained blue green everytime I went, and it took a long time to find something that would take it off without scrubbing to death..... Dollar Tree Awesome Orange in the half gallon just melts the stuff off. It was explained to me this is from having copper pipes that reacts to his well water.
