no, that's not it .. thank you though. The one I'm looking for reminds me somewhat of a fairy scene (just no fairies) ... enchanted. The lamp spindle was metal with a faucet on top with a watering globe filled with strings lights coming from the faucet.. like falling water .. sort of.
