Bleach is the only way to get the mold out and id soak them in a tub sonyou get all the mold not an easy task.if you dont get every bit of mold it just comes back.
White vinegar. Vinegar kills mold spores, bleach does not. I never use bleach around any food products - too toxic.

I apply petroleum jelly and rub it with cotton. works with my fridge. After that, apply some color safe bleach
I seen a hack that use WD40 will clean the gasket and inside on the shelf, it says that it will eliminate smells also, and for easy cleaning

Use white vinegar to kill the mold spores, much safer than bleach which does not kill the mold. Bleach on a rubber gasket will remove the stains, but it can cause the gasket to crack, loose elasticity, and degrade it.
To clean the gasket use an old toothbrush, warm soapy water with vinegar.
