How can I fence in an outdoor area for my dogs?
I have three dogs and I tried to keep them in the house because I don't want other dogs coming in my yard and attacking my dogs again but they really need to come out and I would like to know how can I build like a fence or a barricade to keep them in my yard and keep other dogs from getting to them

Then you need a fence at least 5 to 6 feet high. It is quite an endeavor as digging fence post holes is back breaking work.
Before you do anything, find out your local code for fence height and placement. You will also need to enlist the services of the county surveyor to mark the property lines for you so there is no property line dispute in the future.
In the interim, they need to be walked often and regularly as if they are not, they can develop significant problems which can get expensive quickly.
These will get you started.

My yard is completely fenced (this is the norm where I live), and I have a doggie door so they can go in and out as needed. I close at night or when I don't want them outside for any reason.
The cheapest and most reliable way is to install a chain link fence.
The cheapest is to build a dog run out of chain link fence, or buy a dog run. Walmart has quite a few. I would lay down some pea gravel or sand on one end. Make sure they have shade over part of the top, and water. https://www.walmart.com/search/?query=dog%20runs%20for%20outside
