How do I paint plastic drawers?

I picked up 4, 3 drawer plastic dressers at a yard sale. They are children's primary colors in red, yellow, green & blue. I would like to paint or refinish them, but not sure where to start. My idea was to paint frames & finish drawer fronts in a pattern of some kind. Any suggestions?

Scuff with fine steel wool. Clean with denatured alcohol. Spray paint with RustOleum for plastic.
Hi ! Rustoleum makes a spray paint meant for use on plastic furniture. For the drawer fronts you can paint them a contrasting color or use a printed contact paper or spray adhesive and fabric.
