Hello there,
Use (ESP) Easy Surface Preparation, then use your choice of paint.
I have had wonderul luck painting my laminate cabinets! Take off all harware/hinges and label where doors should go back.
Clean surface well. PRIME! and then add two coats of GOOD latex paint.
Once you replace the doors, treat them gently for a month or so -- to allow the paint to cure.
